Vermicelli/Bun

Vermicelli is a type of small round rice noodles that is light in taste. Vermicelli noodles are served dry and room temperature with an assortment of grilled items and vegetable medley, accompanied with fish sauce on the side for extra flavor.

H1. Spicy Beef Noodle/Bun Bo Hue (House Favorite!) $7.99
Bún Bò Huế originated in the old imperial capital of Central Vietnam, Hue. The broth is from cooking beef bones for a long period of time, as well as a large variety of different spices including lemongrass and chili. Bún bò huế includes thin slices of marinated beef shank, chunks of well-cooked oxtails, and pig's knuckles. Served with bean sprouts, thinly sliced purple cabbage, iceberg lettuce, lime, and cilantro sprigs on the side. It is also common for a diner to add a small dollop of shrimp paste directly into the soup.

Beef Noodle/Pho
Pho is Vietnam’s most famous authentic dish; what everyone loves and craves for! A classic beef noodle soup which can be eaten morning, noon, and night.  A beef consommé simmered for hours with many choices of our selected Angus beef served over flat thin rice noodles, topped with chives, cilantro, and shredded onions. Soups are served with a plate of bean sprouts, fresh basil, mint leaves, sliced lime, and jalapenos on the side.
